Hi Peter, It is possible to do all sorts of things with the real bread mix but you will need to reduce the amount of water you use. Try 450mL as a starting point and oil your hands before you start handling the dough. The only down side is that the finished loaf will be a little drier than normal. You won’t need to cook it for as long – try 40 minutes.
is it possible to handle the mix so as to be able to free form the bred eg.to make a vienna loaf
