No, not all of our products are gluten free, but we do have some great options, including a biscuit, sweet ball, finger slice and rocky road.
At Springhill Farm we believe that the ingredients you eat should be as natural as possible. We do not add any preservatives to our products, preferring to look for more natural methods to ensure our products get to you in excellent condition and stay fresh for as long as possible.
The Real Bread Mix recipe was developed by Libby Cornish, who owns and operates a business called Decadent Alternatives, specialising in allergen friendly, delicious products. Fortunately for both Springhill Farm and Decadent Alternatives we are both based in the beautiful regional town of Ballarat, Victoria. For the past seven years Springhill Farm has been producing The Real Bread Mix under license from Decadent Alternatives during a time where Libby had some health issues, fortunately from which she is now in remission. So, the time has come, to hand back this clever recipe to Libby and to allow her to follow her passion for creating delicious gluten free treats using this versatile product.
So whilst there are some changes around this product, the one thing that will NOT change is the recipe. Rest assured that this mix will remain the same now and into the future. However, as part of the product’s transition from part of the Springhill Farm family to Decadent Alternatives the following changes will occur:

Both flours are so much more than a fantastic bread mix; use them to create flaky pastry, beautiful biscuits and scrumptious slices. Springhill Farm and Decadent Alternatives will continue to work together to produce and distribute Bakers’ Magic products, with Springhill Farm now becoming the ‘behind the scenes’ manufacturer of these products and Decadent Alternatives taking the lead in sales, recipe development and product enquiries.
