Do you use preservatives?

At Springhill Farm we believe that the ingredients you eat should be as natural as possible. We do not add any preservatives to our products, preferring to look for more natural methods to ensure our products get to you in excellent condition and stay fresh for as long as possible.

Can I purchase your products from your factory in Delecombe?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process walk in orders from our Delacombe factory location. You are welcome to purchase items online and select to pick up from our factory location - this allows us to ensure we have the product in stock, process your payment, and make sure the product is here waiting for you.

Why are your products on your website higher then what I can buy them for in some stores?

We believe in the power of supporting small and local business and where we can, support our customers to purchase through this option. Springhill Farm is primarily a wholesale business, our wholesale customers purchase our delicious treats in bulk and therefore at a different rate to our general customers.

We are always looking to grow the availability of our products in retail stores to make is easier for you to purchase them and support your local communities too. As we grow these options, we will continue to offer our range direct to the public via our website with a conscious effort not to undercut our wholesale customers.
