SALES & PROMOTIONS

Once an order has been placed for an item on sale or using a promo code, that is, at any discount to RRP, you are not able to make changes to orders or combine separate orders.

Only one promo code or sale offer can be used per order.

All promo / sale orders are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promo codes.

If a promo code or sale can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the promo code or sale – we can cancel, modify or suspend the promo code or sale.

SHOW US YOUR TIMEOUT MOMENT PROMOTION - T&Cs apply: Open to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Customers automatically enter the competition when they upload a photo/image of a time out moment, tag Springhill Farm’s Instagram account and use the hashtag #timeoutmoment. Participants can enter multiple times by posting multiple unique images and following the competition requirements. The prize will be drawn monthly by Springhill Farm, and the winner will be posted to our Instagram stories before the 7th of each calendar month. The winner will have 7 days to contact Springhill Farm to redeem their prize. 

FREE BITES - we are happy to offer customers a free sample bite with the purchase of our products. One bite is offered per Slice Bite 12 pieces, Slice Block, 14 Piece Pick and Mix, Mixed Box Slice Bites, Mixed Box Twin Packs. It is at our customer’s discretion if they choose to accept our free sample bites. Springhill Farm reserves the right to remove this offer at any time.   

NEW SUBSCRIBER SIGN-UP DISCOUNT

From time to time, Springhill Farm may offer a discount to new subscribers. The discount may take the form of a monetary amount (e.g. $20 that may be provided by way of a or a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) or any other such offer as Springhill Farm deems appropriate.

If a discount is available, it may be advertised in the website subscriber pop-up and / or in the new subscriber welcome email, where you will be provided with instructions on how to access the discount (hereafter referred to as “Subscriber Discount”).

Subscriber Discount terms:

  • Any discount and conditions in addition to the above will be provided via email.
  • Can only be used once and is non-transferable
  • Discount must be applied via the discount code at checkout.
  • Subscribers will be emailed the code
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
  • All other sale and promotion T&Cs apply (see above)

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or edits to the order, or combine it with other orders once it has been dispatched.

Springhill Farm may exercise its discretion to cancel an order, or refuse to process an order for any reason including:

  • unavailability of product
  • inability to deliver to nominated delivery address
  • suspicion that the order is not genuine

If you order a treat that becomes out of stock, is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

If you don’t think our product has arrived at the same standard it left us, or if it has been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, as our products are a food item, we can’t accept returns for items ordered incorrectly.

We want you to shop online with complete confidence and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you. We take reasonable care to make our site secure. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard,. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Springhill Farm product.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable and responsible for any damages or consequential loss (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you as a result of any credit card fraud.

We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges imposed by your credit card provider or bank, especially in the case where your purchase involves foreign exchange transactions.

Items in a shopping cart do not represent a completed order. Items are not reserved in the cart, so don’t dillydally! An order must be placed, and payment accepted by Springhill Farm to constitute a completed order and all orders are subject to availability.
