Terms and Conditions for TikTok & Meta Competition (24/09/2024 tp 08/10/2024)
GUESS THE FLAVOUR CRUNCH TO WIN
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Springhill Farm Australia, located at 13 Paddys Drive, Delacombe VIC 3356.
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families, as well as any affiliates or agencies involved in the competition.
Competition Period
The competition will run from 24/09/2024 to 08/10/2024 (the "Competition Period"). Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow Springhill.Farm on TikTok; AND/OR
- Follow Springhill_Farm on Instagram
- Comment on our competition post post with their guess
- Include the hashtag #boodles in the post.
Prize
The prize consists of Springhill Farm Hamper (valued to $125 AUD). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require. One prize will be awards from the pool of entrants from across relevant digital channels.
Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via direct message on TikTok or Instagram within 14 days of the competition closing date.
Claiming the Prize
The winner must claim their prize within 30 days from the date of notification. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Disqualification
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in unfair practices, including but not limited to the use of bots, spamming, or violating TikTok and Meta community guidelines.
Liability
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, including lost, delayed, or corrupted entries due to system errors or network failures. The promoter is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance of the prize.
Changes to the Competition
The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Governing Law
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
