Terms and Conditions - 'WIN the ultimate Back to School Snack Subscription Box'  Competition

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this competition is Springhill Farm Australia, located at 13 Paddys Drive, Delacombe VIC 3356.
  2. Eligibility
    This competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter and their immediate families, as well as any affiliates or agencies involved in the competition.
  3. Competition Period
    The competition will run from 21/1/2025 to 28/01/2025 (the "Competition Period"). Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  4. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must:
    • Follow Springhill.Farm on TikTok AND/OR Follow Springhill_Farm on Instagram
    • Like our Back To School Competition Post 
    • TAG a friend who'd also love the prize.
  5. Prize
    The prize consists of The Snack Smarter Pack (includes over 29 serves of mouth-watering snacks of SLICE for BusyBodies, boodles Healthy Clusters and boodles Lunchbox Clusters), which is valued at [$68]. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances require. One prize will be awards from the pool of entrants from across relevant digital channels.
  6. Winner Selection
    The winner will be chosen based on competition conditions of entry by a panel of judges selected by the promoter. The winner will be notified via direct message on TikTok or Instagram within 14 days of the competition closing date.
  7. Claiming the Prize
    The winner must claim their prize within 30 days from the date of notification. If the winner fails to claim the prize within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  8. Disqualification
    The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in unfair practices, including but not limited to the use of bots, spamming, or violating TikTok and Meta community guidelines.
  9. Liability
    The promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, including lost, delayed, or corrupted entries due to system errors or network failures. The promoter is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance of the prize.
  10. Changes to the Competition
    The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  11. Governing Law
    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
