SALES & PROMOTIONS

Once an order has been placed for an item on sale or using a promo code, that is, at any discount to RRP, you are not able to make changes to orders or combine separate orders.

Only one promo code or sale offer can be used per order.

All promo / sale orders are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promo codes.

If a promo code or sale can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the promo code or sale – we can cancel, modify or suspend the promo code or sale.

Leave a Review And Win Offer

T&Cs: This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who have tried our products. Employees of Springhill Farm and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. To enter, simply leave a review of one or more of our new kids' health products on our website during the promotional period. Each valid review counts as one entry into the draw. The winner will be drawn at random and notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days the prize if forefooted. Reviews must be genuine, based on your experience with the product, and comply with our website’s review policy. Offensive, spammy, or irrelevant reviews will be disqualified. Prize is a Springhill Farm snack hamper valued at over $150 AUD. Promotional period are: (1) 1 August 2025 to 31 October 2025: (2) 1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026: (3) 1 February 2026 to 30 April 2026

New Subscriber Discount

From time to time, Springhill Farm may offer a discount to new subscribers. The discount may take the form of a monetary amount (e.g. $20 that may be provided by way of a or a percentage discount (e.g. 10% off) or any other such offer as Springhill Farm deems appropriate.

If a discount is available, it may be advertised in the website subscriber pop-up and / or in the new subscriber welcome email, where you will be provided with instructions on how to access the discount (hereafter referred to as “Subscriber Discount”).

Subscriber Discount terms:

  • Any discount and conditions in addition to the above will be provided via email.
  • Can only be used once and is non-transferable
  • Discount must be applied via the discount code at checkout.
  • Subscribers will be emailed the code

How to Enter the Prize Draw: Only applicants who receive a sample pack AND submit a product review on the Springhill Farm website (springhillfarm.com.au) by 11:59pm
AEDT on December 30, 2025 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Reviews must be submitted on the product page(s) of any of the three sampled products.
Reviews must be a minimum of 10 words to qualify. 12. The prize draw will take place on Jan 2, 2026 at the Springhill Farm office in Ballarat, VIC.
The winner will be notified via email within 2 business days of the draw and announced
publicly on the Mum’s Grapevine and Springhill Farm social media channels by Jan 6, 2026. The prize must be accepted as stated and is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards, and cannot be redeemed in any other form.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, a redraw will be conducted.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make changes or edits to the order, or combine it with other orders once it has been dispatched.

Springhill Farm may exercise its discretion to cancel an order, or refuse to process an order for any reason including:

  • unavailability of product
  • inability to deliver to nominated delivery address
  • suspicion that the order is not genuine

If you order a treat that becomes out of stock, is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

If you don’t think our product has arrived at the same standard it left us, or if it has been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, as our products are a food item, we can’t accept returns for items ordered incorrectly.
