Good news! We ship Australia wide…We’d hate for anyone to miss out on our delicious treats!

We offer free postage on all orders over $75 and for orders under $75, we charge a flat rate $15 shipping fee (added at checkout). If you want to grant ‘authority to leave (ATL)’, please tell us in the comments section of your order.

Because we know every moment counts when you are low on treats – all orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day.


If you need your treats in a hurry, you can opt for express postage at the checkout for an additional $15 (for orders over $75). Express orders placed before 10am (AEST) are dispatched same day; orders received after noon are dispatched the next business day


We use Australia Post where possible, or Startrack as a secondary provider. Generally, our treats are delivered within five days of dispatch (or a little longer if you live in a remote area).

Please note we have been advised of significant shipping delays through our freight partners. If you need slice in a hurry (and who would blame you) please give us a call or drop us a message on chat to check current estimates. 

Victoria, Adelaide, Canberra and Sydney: Next Business Day
Regional NSW and Regional SA: 2 Business Days
Other Areas: 3 – 5 Business Days
WA and Northern Territory: 5 Business Days (can take up to 2 weeks during peak periods)

We care about delivering your treats and do everything in our power to deliver them on time, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather and courier issues.


If you are lucky enough to live near our lovely factory in sunny Ballarat, Victoria you are welcome to collect your treats from where the magic happens! Just select the ‘pick up’ method at checkout and tell us when you would like to come by and collect you treats. We’ll have them ready and waiting! 

Please note that we can not service walk in customers as we don't have a show room. Please ensure you order online prior and select 'pick up' as your delivery method. Orders are generally ready the next day.


If you order a treat that becomes out of stock, is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

If you don’t think our product has arrived at the same standard it left us, or if it has been incorrectly dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, as our products are a food item, we can’t accept returns for items ordered incorrectly.
